We delivered Reno Zone Concert postcards to most of the Washoe County legislators & Governor Sandoval. Bumped into Dale Erquiaga & Ben Kieckhefer.AB241 in Ways & Means today - K-12 Stabilization Acct - at end of each biennium (odd years) sweep 1/2 of "left over" education money into an education rainy day acct instead of general fund.
